Onreel
0:21 Sound cue: "A Little On the Lonely Side."
0:54 "Stacey's" is a joke on Macy's department store. Meanwhile the sound cue is "Home Sweet Home" as Bugs calls it a day. As the curtain closes and he yawns it switches to "Sweet Dreams, Sweetheart."
3:21 "You know, you sound just like that guy on the radio." See Offreel. Sound cue: "You Ought To Be In Pictures."
3:55 Bugs in Drag point! Sound cue: "A Little On the Lonely Side" again.
4:38 OK, these sound gags are going to come pretty fast so let's just list them in order:
Boy's Department: "A-Tisket, A-Tasket" (or "Bye Baby Bunting," take your pick)
Turkish Bath: Sol Bloom's Little Egypt cue ("There's a place in France ...") Bugs is wearing a shower cap, and the manager is wearing more of a beach-style bathing cap.
Costume Department: "The Old Grey Mare" (she ain't what she used to be)
Sports Department: An odd version of "Ain't We Got Fun"
Lingerie Department: "Oh! You Beautiful Doll"
5:20 The sound cue throughout the elevator sequence is the "Dance of the Comedians" from Smetana's "The Bartered Bride." Straight performance.
5:26 Bug's "sixth floor" spiel is a list of things which were almost impossible to get during World War II due to rationing/shortages, hence his line "... and other picture postcards," implying the store will happily sell you a picture of the item, but not the items themselves.
6:18 Sound cue starting about the time Bugs says "What a dope": "So Dumb But So Beautiful."
6:46 Bugs means Frankenstein's monster, of course. Frankincense is something else entirely.
Offreel
Obviously the title is a joke on "air conditioned" - the part that may not be obvious is that department stores (like movie theaters) once made the fact that they were air-conditioned a promotional point, to get people to come into their premises.
The voice of the store manager is thought to be Dick Nelson, doing a good imitation of Harold Peary's infamous Throckmorton P. Gildersleeve. Even Bugs notices the resemblance.
"Tiny Toon Adventures" fans are not going to be able to listen to the cue for three times Bugs does his bunny act while on display at the beginning of the film without hearing in their heads "At Acme Looniversity we earn our toon degree/The teaching staff's been getting laughs since 1933 ...."
