Yes. It did not make me the least dizzy, but I saw from the comments people had made on the clip that it had that effect on some, so I felt it bore noting.

The second one, for what it's worth, is entirely different and is not likely to cause dizziness in anyone, I don't think.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the genre name you're looking for might be "chillout." Possibly "trip-hop," but I'm even less clear on that one.

Incidentally, I saw Andrew Sullivan on some show the other day (probably on MSNBC because that's what I watch in the middle of the night!) and he was completely different from what I expected. I liked him. I haven't ever paid much attention to him, really, but it made me more interested in reading his stuff.
