Eccentric Flower:199912/Magic Lantern

I promised someone I'd write about movies yesterday and I didn't. I've been a little busy with other things. Mouth organ has to be remodeled by the end of December or I'm in trouble.

Also, in a fit of energy, I finally sorted my photos and redid my gallery. I began it a few days ago, and although I was sick of the effort after the first session, I knew I had to finish or else piles of photos would gather dust all over the office (and there's enough debris in there already, trust me).

I haven't scanned any of the pictures of me yet; they're the last set to sort. I may not do them at all. I think the gallery works better with just photos of buildings and trees and such.

Anyway, give it a look. Some of you will have already seen some of these photos, but not in their current formats. For this go-round, I didn't alter any of the images heavily (except the panoramic view of the quarry, which is five photos spliced together). Mostly I just put a border and a laundry mark on each one. A few of them have had their contrast adjusted after scanning. Nothing else.

The gallery is now run by pixies, which makes it easier for me to add new photos since I don't have to make an HTML wrapper page for each photo.

I'll write a real entry later today, I hope.
