eleven june ninety eight three p m the new occupational hazards I can't stand this monitor. No matter what colors I use, no matter how big I make the fonts, I get eyestrain after a short while. I don't have bad wrists like my friends, but my back and neck get stiff and my body complains when I stand up. These are the new occupational hazards, and everyone is becoming used to it. We don't have trees fall on us or mineshafts collapse or boilers explode or girders come loose on us anymore. We're safer, but the injuries aren't as sexy. © columbine |
